I love being able to decorate my house with simple and affordable ideas – even if it means just printing out an inspirational message and framing it! I love up-cycling décor projects such as my mason jar light sconces, or updating a display shelf into something a bit more chic for above the bed, but those are a bit more time consuming.
If you want something fast and easy to spruce up a table, nightstand, hutch, or your wall for this season – then grab this 8″ x 10″ printable wall art and frame it! If you want this to be extra affordable, then just get a frame from the Dollar Tree or a thrift store!
I’ve been having fun creating these printables – so I hope you find one that you’d like to print, frame and display yourself. If you want one, simply fill out the form below, and the PDF file will be sent to your inbox where you can print it and then frame it.
Isn’t it great that displaying “thankful” and “blessed” around your house is a “cool” farmhouse decor trend right now?
This better be one decor trend that lasts forever, because we need to always be thankful and realize how blessed we are, each and every day!
Want to know exactly how to replicate this look? Here is how I did it:
- Get your free “Blessed” printable by filling out the form above. It will fit into an 8″ x 10″ frame, and you will have to trim the edges after you print.
- If you want the exact frame I used – you can get it on Amazon over here.
- Or you can get a cheaper unfinished wooden frame and distress it yourself with this technique.
I also made the bow and wreath using gingham ribbon, floral wire, and this leaf ribbon to make the mini wreath.
To make the mini wreath, simple cut a piece of floral wire the length of the circumference of your wreath – about 16″ long and shape it into a circle. Then wrap the the jute and leaves around the circle for a few rows until its full enough. Use more floral wire throughout to help maintain the shape if needed.
Then for the bow, I don’t tie one, but make one using two pieces of ribbon. First, fold gingham ribbon in two loops.
Trim the bow loops and cut another 4″ piece of ribbon for the center.
Take the 4 inch strip and wrap that around the center and hot glue it together. This way you get a more “perfect” bow for hanging, rather than a crooked tied bow.
Now cut about a two foot long piece of ribbon that you will use to glue the bow to the wreath and use to hang all of it above the “blessed” on your frame.
I tucked in the remaining ribbon in the frame, behind the picture. That holds the ribbon and mini wreath so it hangs above the word “blessed.”
If you print this out and display it, I’d love to see pictures of it in the comments section!
