What Ingredients Do I Need To Make Bocconcini Salad With Green-Olive Tapenade?

  •  green-olive tapenade
  • finely chopped pepperoncini
  • mozzarella balls
  • iceberg lettuce,
  • Genoa salami
  • condiments such as oregano, basil leaves, lemon juice, wine vinegar, or olive oil.

Once you gather all the ingredients, just mix the tapenade and the pepperoncini in a bowl. Add the olive oil, bocconcini as well, and toss it properly. In another bowl, combine the lemon juice and the vinegar with garlic and the oregano before adding the remaining olive oil. Add salt and pepper as you find fit until the taste is perfect. In another bowl, combine the shredded salami and lettuce before adding the contents of the other containers as well.

Chopped Farro Salad

What ingredients do I need to make a Chopped Farro Salad?

Next, we have the perfect example of an Italian salad for dinner that can be enjoyed all year long.

  • a yellow onion
  • a red onion
  • a carrot
  • celery
  • a cucumber
  • grape tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • farro (an Italian grain)
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper 

This salad recipe starts in a saucepan. You need to heat some oil first and add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Cook this mix for 5 minutes while covered and then add the farro while mixing correctly. Add 5 cups of water and boil it until the farro is tender (10 minutes). After the mix cools down, mix some olive oil with vinegar in a bowl. Add the farro, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and basil while seasoning them with salt and pepper. That’s it! Easier than learning how to make Italian salad dressing at home!


Asparagus Salad with Parmesan Dressing 



We had an Italian salad with mozzarella as our first example, how about one that combines asparagus and parmesan? It’s also an Italian salad easy recipe to follow as you only need a few ingredients.

What ingredients do I need to make Asparagus Salad with Parmesan Dressing?

  • 2 pounds of asparagus
  • grated parmesan
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil

Shave the asparagus with a vegetable peeler until you get long and thin strips, then put them in a bowl. Pour the olive oil over them, and in another bowl, mix the parmesan with the lemon juice and some water. Stir them together and add the asparagus before tossing. Add pepper and salt, and you’re ready to serve. 


Blood Orange and Green Bean

What Ingredients Do You Need To Make A Blood Orange and Green Bean Salad?

Blood orange couldn’t be missing from the Italian salad ingredients, so we present to you a fascinating mix.

  • 2 pounds of green beans
  • 6 blood oranges
  • balsamic vinegar
  • and honey

Before preparing the salad, you will need to boil the bean, and once it boiled, plunge it in ice water. 

Next, peel the oranges and make sure to save all the juice because you are going to put them all in a saucepan. There, you add the honey and vinegar and boil them until it creates a syrup. Mix the oranges, beans, and syrup together and enjoy one of the most delicious salads you ever tasted.


Eggplant Caponata

What ingredients do you need for Eggplant Caponata?

  •  capers
  • one big eggplant
  • a medium onion
  • celery
  • one tomato
  • pine nuts
  • one avocado

Put the capers in water and soak them for 5 minutes. Use a large skillet to heat some oil and add the chopped eggplant until it gets a brown. Put the eggplant in a bowl, add the celery and oil and let it cool. Simmer the sugar and vinegar for 2 minutes. Then add the pine nuts and capers and cook everything together for 1 minute. Add the eggplant as well and let everything cool down before adding the chopped avocado.
