I love being able to decorate my house with simple and affordable ideas – even if it means just printing out an inspirational message and framing it!  I love upcycling decor projects such as my mason jar light sconces, or updating a display shelf into something a bit more chic for above the bed, but those are a bit more time consuming.

If you want something fast and easy to spruce up a table, night stand, hutch, or your wall  for this winter season – then grab this 8×10 printable winter wall art and frame it!  If you want this to be extra affordable, then just get a frame from the Dollar Tree or a thrift store!

I’ve been having fun creating these printables – so I hope you find one that you’d like to print, frame and display yourself.  If you want one, simply fill out the form below the one you want, and the PDF file will be sent to your inbox where you can print it and then frame it.

Winter for me is sometimes a difficult season emotionally.  There is always a let down form me after Christmas, and knowing I have two more long months of cold and dark days simply depresses me.  Knowing this, I’m going on the offense and putting up inspirational messages like this one that focuses on the positive aspects of winter.  Some enjoyable facts about winter for me is that I get to cuddle by my wood stove in thick blankets, enjoy snow covered tree tops in the silence of the outdoors, and relax as my schedule is now less hectic with the holiday season done.  So instead of getting the winter blues, I’m going to soak in winter peace this year!  I hope you can do the same!

Want to know exactly how to replicate this look?  Here is how I did it:

  • Get your free “Embrace Winter Peace” printable by filling out the form above.  It will fit into an 8×10 frame, and you will have to trim the edges after you print.  Notice that my printer left some blank lines – hopefully your printer is better than mine though and won’t do the same.

  • If you want the exact frame I used – you can get it on Amazon over here.
  • Or you can get a cheaper unfinished wooden frame and distress it yourself with this technique.
  • I got a fake blue poinsettia flower to place near the corner.  Check out Joann Fabrics post Christmas clearance to get one really cheap!  Or look at some of these options on Amazon.
