5 Ingredient Roasted Red Pepper Bruchetta!

If you plant your own herb garden each year, then chances are you have some fresh basil at your disposal. Here is an easy recipe to use up some of that fresh basil to make this delicious 5 ingredient roasted red pepper bruchetta!

 Roasted Red Pepper BruchettaIngredients needed to make your own Roasted Red Pepper Bruchetta:

Ciabatta Bread – sliced

Wish-Bone Balsamic Italian dressing

Roasted Red Peppers (I got mine from the Olive bar at Wegmans)

Fresh Basil

Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

5 Ingredient Roasted Red Pepper Bruchetta!

Instructions:

Slice the Ciabatta bread and place on a baking sheet. (approx 8 sliced)  I recommend lining your baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.

Drizzle the Wishbone Balsamic Italian dressing on the bread.

Slice the roasted red pepper and add to the bread.

Chop fresh basil and sprinkle

Top with a good amount of shredded mozzerella cheese.

Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
