Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta


  • Ciabatta Bread – sliced
  • Wish-Bone Balsamic Italian dressing
  • Roasted Red Peppers (I got mine from the Olive bar at Wegmans)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


  1. Slice the Ciabatta bread and place on a baking sheet. (approx 8 sliced)
  2. Drizzle the Balsamic Italian dressing on the bread.
  3. Slice the roasted red pepper and add to the bread.
  4. Chop fresh basil and sprinkle
  5. Top with a good amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
