Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta

- Ciabatta Bread – sliced
- Wish-Bone Balsamic Italian dressing
- Roasted Red Peppers (I got mine from the Olive bar at Wegmans)
- Fresh Basil
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Slice the Ciabatta bread and place on a baking sheet. (approx 8 sliced)
- Drizzle the Balsamic Italian dressing on the bread.
- Slice the roasted red pepper and add to the bread.
- Chop fresh basil and sprinkle
- Top with a good amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
