  1. You say healthy meals, I’m wondering what you constitute as healthy? Low fat, low sodium, low calories? I shop at Aldi’s every two weeks, as well as Walmart(some things are actually cheaper there). Id love to have meals all ready with lists, but Im unsure if your recipes fit our needs. We need low sodium meals and also try to keep the fat content reasonable which usually makes for complete meals at about 500+- calories. Is this similar to the recipes you offer?

  2. Ash – good questions! I updated the post to include the title of the recipes in each meal plan. I cant’ tell you total calories or sodium for each, but maybe just glancing at what you will be making can help you decide if this is something your family can benefit from. 🙂

    • That does help, thanks! It sounds like the gluten free recipes will fit our tastes/ dietary needs best. I’ll be ordering that one. 🙂

  3. I am looking for some gluten free freezer meals to make for a mom having twins in July. I saw the Costco one…would that work for Aldi , pretty much? I’m trying to plan ahead as I stay pretty busy myself, but I wanted to do this to help her out….she’ll have three kids under the age of two! Thank you!

  4. Do you have a printed book available? Maybe with all the Aldi recipes in it? I would like to buy that! 🙂
