I really liked this movie because it truly showed a typical modern day women’s “dream” of bliss. It’s such a deceitful trap for women, that a man will make you 100% happy.
I too was once sucked into this mindset and watched so many of my girlfriends try and achieve the “perfect life with the perfect guy.” But it truly is an empty pursuit and this movie really drives this point home.
I for sure want every teenage and college-age girl I know to watch this.
My oldest daughter now is only 6, but give it 10 years, and I’ll be sure to have a “girl’s night” party where my daughter and her friends all watch this together.
So, so many girls fall into the same trap that Sarah does in this movie – and I think it is so important to teach girls about this as early as is appropriate so that they can learn their value and where True Love comes from!
