What is the Fetch Rewards App?
The Fetch App is a free mobile app that gives you cashback from specific store purchases. Head to your app store and download it onto your smartphone. If it asks you for a referral code, type in UW6RT and you will start with $2 in fetch rewards points right away!
I’m going to show you today what the Fetch app special offers are and show you how Fetch Rewards works. This money-saving app is great for scanning receipts from your local shopping trip, earning cashback on online purchases, and now is also great for Walmart Grocery Pickup Shoppers!
How Does the Fetch App Work?
This money-saving shopping app is similar to Ibotta, but what is nice is that you don’t have to select the deals before you purchase them. It is just a one-step way to get cashback by only scanning your shopping receipts. If you have a long receipt from a long shopping list that trip, you will have to take enough pictures to capture all of it and then upload it. When you do so, the app automatically finds every deal on your receipt you qualify for. You do not have to pre-select the deals you want, the app itself will find the deals you automatically qualify for! Scan receipts from grocery stores, a drug store, club stores, gas stations, big box stores, convenience stores, or any other major retailers. Then when you do, the points will be automatically added to your account, and that my friends, equals easy extra money! (Note: you can not scan receipts that are older than 4 weeks – they will not be accepted.)
You do not need to connect your credit card to this app since it is just based on giving you points from uploading receipts or by scanning your e-receipts in your e-mail. You will have to connect your email account to your Fetch app account though to get the e-receipt benefits.
When you sign up, use this Fetch Rewards referral code: UW6RT and you automatically earn 2,000 bonus points just for signing up (which is the equivalent to $2). Sometimes they run specific offers where you’ll earn $3 just for signing up.
One of my favorite parts about the Fetch Rewards app is that you can now use it on e-receipts (also known as electronic receipts). You simply connect your email address in the app, and Fetch Rewards will scan your e-mail for any digital receipts. The store I use this most for is Walmart since I use the Walmart grocery pick-up service and the Fetch Rewards app will find my Walmart receipt in my e-mail. After I know an e-receipt is in my inbox, I just quickly tap on the blue circle with an “e” on the receipt, and the app finds all of the specific products I purchased at Walmart that will get me points!! I also have been earning 25 points for every Amazon account purchase I have made as well! (both of these offers are not permanent, and offers do change on the app from time to time.)

What is the Best Way You Use Your Amount Of Points?
The easiest way in my opinion to use your reward points is on free gift cards. Once you have enough points to reach $3 (3,000 points), you can start turning those into digital gift cards. Amazon gift cards start at $3, and they have some great gift card rewards that start at just $5! I’m currently saving my points for gift cards I can use as Christmas gifts. When Christmas is over, then I’ll save up my points to use for a restaurant gift card so my husband and I can have an extra date night!
Other things on the rewards page you can use your rewards points on are sweepstakes entries, magazine subscriptions, and gift cards for travel deals.
Fetch Rewards App Review:
Fetch Rewards turns your grocery receipts into savings. I love that there are no clipping coupons, chasing down expiring deals, or missing out on savings. Unlike cash back and rebate apps that require you to unlock coupons before you go grocery shopping, causing you to miss out on savings, Fetch Rewards gives you savings EVERY TIME you purchase a participating product. Just scan your grocery receipt after you shop and earn points in seconds. You don’t have to hunt and clip for grocery coupons to save on your bill because Fetch Rewards delivers those savings every day with a quick and easy scan of your receipt. The more you scan, the more you save. This is one of my top 3 favorite cashback apps (with Drop and Dosh being my other favorites.)
The Fetch Rewards app brings everyday savings to your life with a quick and easy mobile app that rewards you for the purchases you already make. With Fetch Rewards, just snap a quick photo of ANY grocery receipt and in seconds we’ll deliver points to your account on thousands of popular products. You’ll earn points on every receipt you scan.
Don’t Forget:
When you sign up, use this Fetch Rewards referral code: UW6RT and you automatically earn 2,000 points just for signing up (which is the equivalent to $2).
Happy shopping and happy saving money while you do so!!

I order from Walmart Delivery. I don’t receive any official receipt and Fetch is not recognizing my order confirmation emails. What can I do? I have my email set up in Fetch, but nothing populates from it. I do however, get my points from my Amazon orders.
Maura says
I’ve struggled with that as well. You can contact customer service and see what they say. You can also try deleting the app and re-downloading it. But I currently can’t get it to work on my Walmart pick up e-mail receipts either. But it does work for Amazon orders.

Same I wish I could get this to work.

My pickup orders from Walmart receipts is not scanning from Fetch e-receipts. My receipts is in my email. How do I Fetch scan them to get reward credits?
Maura says
Try deleting the app, re-install it and start over. I’ve done that in the past when it won’t link to my Walmart receipts.

My Walmart was disconnected from t fetch and don’t know why. I’ve tried for a week now to get it back and can’t. Does not recognize my email or password. Getting very discouraged since I do most of my grocery shopping through the pickup method.
