Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipes – there are many out there, aren’t there!
I’ve tried baking many a perfect chocolate chip cookie. It wasn’t until my mother gave me this recipe that I finally found how to get the most MOIST and PERFECT and CHEWY Chocolate Chip Cookie with Vanilla Pudding, you can find (with the vanilla pudding being the secret ingredient that made all of the difference!!!)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter (soft)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 and 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 1/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix ——————————————–> THE SECRET INGREDIENT TO MAKE MOIST COOKIES
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Cream together the 1 cup of soft butter, 1/4 cup of white sugar, and 3/4 cup of brown sugar.
2. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs and mix well again.
3. Add your dry ingredients of flour, baking soda, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Mix well and fold in chocolate chips.
4. Place 1 teaspoon drops of the cookie dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. I’m a fan of using a trigger ice cream scoop to place the dough on the cookie sheet.
If you try this, please come back and leave in the comments just how wonderful these cookies truly are!! Divine, delish, perfecto!! 🙂
