I find that during this season I’ve been on the lookout for inspirational quotes that help keep my mind grounded and stress-free during this season as I slowly recover from long covid/POTS.
Another thing that helps my mood, is to get creative and make small changes to my home decor.
The combination of both of these helped me to create some printable wall art made up of inspirational quotes to help uplift everyone’s mood. I’ve needed inspiration to not give up, and to hold on to peace in these uncertain times.
You can see all of the printables I created over here!
These can be displayed on an end table, on the wall in a bathroom, become bedroom wall art, or just frame it and give it as a gift to someone who really needs encouragement.
Teachers, you can even hang some of these in your classroom as school this year will be a challenge for everyone. I hope they help you as much as they have helped me!
Today, I’m going to give you one of these inspirational printable quotes for FREE!
The one I want to share with you today is “Keep Moving Forward.”
This is the theme from the movie Meet The Robinsons. I remember I watched this while I was going through my first miscarriage. I totally felt the message was for me and have held onto it ever since. Now I’m using it during my recover from long covid/POTS.
If you would like this printable for free, you can get it, print and frame it today! All you have to do is fill out the form below and the printable PDF file will be sent to your inbox.
Once you get your “Keep Moving Forward” printable in your inbox, go ahead and print it out on an 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper.
In order to get it to fit into an 8″ x 10″ Frame (the one I used is over here, you will need to trim the edges of the print to fit into the 8″ x 10″ frame.
I held up the generic 8″ x 10″ paper that came with the frame to the print in the light and centered it so I knew where to trim.
If you see above, a little bit of the scripty letters may get cut off, but that’s OK since I don’t think you lose anything if a quarter of an inch of a line is trimmed off.
Then trace the 8″ x 10″ sheet of paper so you know where you should make your cuts.
Once you trim, then you can go ahead and add it to your frame! I got my frame from Amazon here. I did order a set of 5 because I know I’ll be using these for gifts as well as for my own home.
