2 lbs of strawberries, hulled
2 cups whole milk or heavy whipping cream (you can use 1% or 2%, but the filling won’t be as creamy.)
crushed graham crackers
mini chocolate chips (optional)
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk cheesecake mix with 2 cups of whole milk or heavy whipping cream, until there are no more clumps.

2. Put the cheesecake mixture into the fridge for 5-10 min until it is starting to set.
3. If you have a small spoon, you can go ahead and spoon the cheesecake mixture into the strawberry. To be more precise, you can use a piping bag. Don’t have a piping bag? No problem. Just use a spatula to put the cream cheese mixture into a ziploc bag and cut one corner of the bag. Then you have your own DIY piping bag that you can squeeze the mixture out of the corner and into the strawberry. You can also just toss it when you are done for easy clean-up.
4. Place some graham crackers or vanilla wafers into a gallon-sized ziploc bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the crackers or wafers into small crumbs. Set aside in another small bowl.
5. Dip the tops of the strawberries in the crushed graham cracker crust to cover the cheesecake mixture.
