I was visiting an inlet at a finger lake near our house (we were on a hunt for monarch catepillars!)  Our whole family likes to hike and this freeloader is great to bring with us for the tail end of our hikes when our 4 year old has had enough.  My husband much prefers using this carrier over just carrying her on his shoulders.  I like this because you can adjust the straps so that more weight is carried on my hips rather than my shoulders.  And as you can see, my daughter is quite comfy and happy that she’s strapped in on my back and doesn’t even really need to hold on!  (she’s just hugging my in this pic – which I love!)
