When is the last time you had a spa day at home?
It’s probably been a while, huh??
Mothers and women in general, are so busy taking care of others most of the time, that we often neglect our own needs. Some of us will get so burned out and exhausted that we usually have to get the flu before we will take a break. (Maybe I’m just speaking for myself, but I know I’m not alone.)
If you are a stay-at-home mom and your family is living on one income, chances are you aren’t going to splurge on yourself for a day at the spa.
Again, maybe I’m just speaking for myself, but I know for sure there are a whole lot more moms who want a spa day and don’t take the time or have the money to get one!
So, here are some ideas to have a spa day at home that will be cheaper than spending $100’s at a spa.
This is also perfect if you want to have a Galentine’s gathering and want to pamper yourself with your girlfriends at your own women-only event!
These are natural products that you will be able to use long term – not just one day.
Some of these are guest posts I have written over at LivingWellMom.com. Her blog is filled with awesome recipes and DIY’s to live a more natural lifestyle.
