Here is a super easy, quick oats baked oatmeal recipe that I recently made!
Honestly, cooking and baking are not my favorite.
I’d rather eat out, or spend my time making a craft. So if I post any recipe here, it has to be easy and taste good! 🙂
Ingredients:
*1/3 cup butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
*3/4 cup brown sugar
*1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
*1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
*1 tsp. cinnamon
*1/4 tsp. salt
*1 cup milk
*3 cups of quick oats
Beat eggs, sugar and butter together. Mix in baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in milk and oats.
Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, until set in the middle. Let cool and frost with Nutella!

I’ve never come across a cake that’s made entirely out of oats and without any flour at all! I looooove oatmeal with Nutella, so I’m sure I’ll be all over this cake.
