I’m so excited that warm weather is on the horizon and we all will be planning for Memorial day parties, 4th of July celebrations and summer picnics.
Bringing an easy and delicious pasta salad to any of these events is perfect.
Here is a super duper easy, 6 ingredient, vegetarian Pasta Salad recipe that everyone will love at your event.
Ingredients needed for this Pasta Salad Recipe:
1 16 oz. box of Rotini Pasta
3 cups of fresh broccoli florets
1 2.25 oz can of sliced black olives
1 pint of Grape tomatoes, sliced
8 oz black of Colby Cheese, sliced into bite sized chunks
8 oz Balsamic Italian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Instructions for this easy Pasta Salad Recipe:
1. Cook the whole box of rotini pasta per the instructions on the box. Then rinse the pasta in cold water.
2. Slice the tomatoes. Cut the broccoli into bite sized pieces (if needed) Cut the cheese into bit sized chunks. Add olives, tomatoes, broccoli, and cheese to the pasta. Pour about 8 oz of the dressing (half of the bottle) and toss.
3. You can make this recipe the day before. Keep the salad dressing on hand though and you may need to add more the next day as the dressing gets soaked up by the pasta.
4. Keep refrigerated and serve cold. Serves 8-10.
