Since Summer Vacation is almost here, I’m trying to find some more easy recipes that my kids can help with while we play “Chef.”
English Muffin Pizza is a perfect recipe to use when cooking with kids! We made our first batch last week (and since it was a big hit – I’m sure we’ll be seeing this much more on our summer menu plans!
Ingredients needed:
- English Muffins (I used Thomas High Fiber English Muffins)
- Pizza Sauce (I just love Wegmans brand!)
- Hormel Pepperoni Minis – these fit better on the English muffins than full size pepperoni
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Any other preferred pizza topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°. You could easily cook these in a toaster oven if you prefer.
Split the English muffins in half and place on a baking sheet. Cover each muffin with pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, or any other pizza topping of your choice,
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is slightly browned.
Easy peasy, right??!!
