- 1 12 oz bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables – carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
- 2 Cans of green beans or 1 bag of 12 oz. bag of frozen green beans
- One Cup of Milk
- One can of Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup or Cream of Celery Soup (or you can still stick with the classic cream of mushroom soup.)
- French’s Friend Onions, 2.8 oz
- Stir the condensed soup with a cup of milk.
- Then stir in the frozen green beans, frozen veggie mix and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350°F. for 30 – 35 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Because you are using frozen veggies, cooking time may be a bit longer than traditional green bean casserole that calls for canned green beans.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining onions and bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
