5 from 1 review

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 12 oz bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables – carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
  • 2 Cans of green beans or 1 bag of 12 oz. bag of frozen green beans
  • One Cup of Milk
  • One can of Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup or Cream of Celery Soup (or you can still stick with the classic cream of mushroom soup.)
  • French’s Friend Onions, 2.8 oz

Instructions

  1. Stir the condensed soup with a cup of milk.
  2. Then stir in the frozen green beans, frozen veggie mix and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 350°F. for 30 – 35 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Because you are using frozen veggies, cooking time may be a bit longer than traditional green bean casserole that calls for canned green beans.
  4. Sprinkle the top with the remaining onions and bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
