1 12 oz bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables – carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
2 Cans of green beans or 1 bag of 12 oz. bag of frozen green beans
One Cup of Milk
One can of Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup or Cream of Celery Soup (or you can still stick with the classic cream of mushroom soup.)
French’s Friend Onions, 2.8 oz
Instructions
Stir the condensed soup with a cup of milk.
Then stir in the frozen green beans, frozen veggie mix and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350°F. for 30 – 35 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Because you are using frozen veggies, cooking time may be a bit longer than traditional green bean casserole that calls for canned green beans.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining onions and bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
