I first heated up water to make the Knorr Pasta & Rice side dish. Follow the instructions on the bag to cook it on your stove top.
For the Sauteed Butter Beans, saute both drained cans on medium/high heat in olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper for about 5 mintues on each side until heated through and slighted golden brown. Keep an eye on these – if you cook them too long, then turn to mush.
Fresh Mozzarella – slice in half and place on the serving dish. Sprinkle with a bit of dried basil.
Roasted artichokes and cherry tomatoes –
Place cherry tomatoes and artichoke hearts (sliced in half) on a baking dish. Drizzle some olive oil and season with rosemary, salt & pepper. Stir to coat. Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve each warm, except the fresh mozzarella, and top with a rosemary infused dinner roll (that I picked up in my local bakery.)
