  • 1 green pepper – chopped
  • 1 onion – chopped (I purchased pre-chopped pepper and onion combo at Wegmans to make this even easier.)
  • 1 can of Red Enchilada Sauce – see how to get it for just $0.19 at Wegmans
  • 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes – get a chili flavored variety
  • 1 15 oz can of Bush’s Chili Kidney Beans
  • Beef Style Meatless Crumbles
  • Two Cups of Water


  1. Dump all of the ingredients into your slow cooker. Stir and cook for 6 hours on low. This makes about 8 servings. Optional – Serve garnished with corn chips, sour cream, and a dash of fresh or dried cilantro.
