Pistachio Pudding Cool Whip Salad

- 1 4 oz pistachio Jell-O instant pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 10 oz package of mini-marshmallows
- 2.25 oz Diamond of California chopped nuts (your favorite – I use pecans or walnuts)
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) – thawed
- Mix together the pistachio pudding mix, crushed pineapples, chopped nuts and cool whip until well mixed.
- Fold in the marshmallows – a half of a bag at a time.
- Chill and serve cold!
