1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 10 oz package of mini-marshmallows
2.25 oz Diamond of California chopped nuts (your favorite – I use pecans or walnuts)
1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) – thawed

Instructions

Mix together the pistachio pudding mix, crushed pineapples, chopped nuts and cool whip until well mixed.
Fold in the marshmallows – a half of a bag at a time.
Chill and serve cold!
