Creamy Chia Seed Fruit Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces (I used strawberries, cantaloupe, and grapes)
  • 1 8 oz container of light sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add 8 oz of light sour cream to a large mixing bowl
  2. Add one tablespoon of Chia seeds
  3. Then add 3 tablespoons of honey. You can add a bit more honey if you like your dressing sweeter – give it a taste and add as much honey as your palate desires.
  4. Pour the dressing over your fruit and gently mix until the fruit is covered
  5. Serve cold!
