Fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces (I used strawberries, cantaloupe, and grapes)
1 8 oz container of light sour cream
3 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
Instructions
Add 8 oz of light sour cream to a large mixing bowl
Add one tablespoon of Chia seeds
Then add 3 tablespoons of honey. You can add a bit more honey if you like your dressing sweeter – give it a taste and add as much honey as your palate desires.
Pour the dressing over your fruit and gently mix until the fruit is covered
