Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
  • 6 Herb-Ox boullin cubes
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 15 oz can Goya brand white hominy
  • 1 10.75 oz can Campbells condensed chedder cheese soup
  • ½ bag (6 oz) of frozen corn
  • 2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 14.5 oz can of chili style diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 oz (1/2 pouch) of Old El Paso taco seasoning
  • 1 bag of Recipe Ready diced onions, tomatoes & garlic
  • 2 cups of diced, cooked chicken (cut off of a rotisserie chicken to make it really easy!)
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • Shredded chedder cheese
  • Sliced avacado
  • corn chips
  • cilantro
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a slow cooker crock pot.
  2. Cook 6 hours on high heat.
  3. Top with shredded chedder cheese, sliced avacado, crushed corn chips and/or cilantro.
