The sweetest and best corn pudding recipe – perfect for Thanksgiving side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 8oz sour cream
  • 1 package 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 14.75 oz can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each.
  3. Add in and beat sour cream.
  4. Gradually add muffin mix, alternately with the milk.
  5. Fold in both cans of corn.
  6. Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm!
