5 Ingredient Easy Bruschetta Recipe with Roasted Red Peppers & Basil!

Here is an easy bruschetta recipe to use up some fresh basil to make this delicious 5 ingredient roasted red pepper bruschetta! Even if you don’t have your own fresh basil that you’ve grown at home, pick some up at the store because this recipe is so easy and it tastes amazing!

Easy Bruschetta Recipe with peppers and basil on ciabatta bread

Instructions on how to make Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Bruschetta:

  1.  Slice the Ciabatta bread and place on a baking sheet. (approx 8 sliced)  I recommend lining your baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
  2. Drizzle the Wishbone Balsamic Italian dressing on the bread.
  3. Slice the roasted red pepper and add to the bread.
  4. Chop fresh basil and sprinkle
  5. Top with a good amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

This easy bruschetta recipe is one of my favorites!  I love any recipe with a small amount of ingredients – which this one has.  But a small amount of ingredients does not mean it lacks flavor!  It tastes so fresh and delicious, and you don’t need to go to a restaurant and order this as a fancy appetizer when you can make it yourself at home.

Ingredients
  • Ciabatta Bread - sliced
  • Wish-Bone Balsamic Italian dressing
  • Roasted Red Peppers (I got mine from the Olive bar at Wegmans)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
