BEFORE:
We live in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath cape cod in Western, NY. I love my house, but it’s not like my rooms are huge and glorious (which I’m totally fine with!) But I know that I can still create spaces that have a touch of my taste decor (which is usually nature-themed) and combine it with some more on-trend pieces. AFTER:
I chose this White Gold Wall Art to replace the metal leaf! I absolutely LOVE it! The golds, whites, and greens in the large canvas wall art really go well with the rest of the room. I, of course, love the nature theme of the canvas prints. It is the right size for our couch, and adds a warm tone to the green and neutral-colored living room. While it’s not a major vibrant color change, it is still a unique design focal point. It creates a new way to look and imagine escape in the woods – and creates a tranquil picture that brings a peaceful feel to the room!
I also think it goes perfect well with my couch, lamp, round floating shelves, and coffee table!
We got a new kitten this week. His name is Lumiere for “light.” He has the best blue eyes that I couldn’t capture here. But he photo bombed, so I couldn’t resist adding a quick pick of my new fluffy furry baby!
