I have been working with Robin from to bring you an entire Make Ahead Freezer meal plan of Wegmans Recipes and shopping list so that you can buy and make 20 Meals for under $150!  Even though we shopped at Wegmans, this meal plan will work for any store.  Keep in mind that prices vary per store, so yours may be a bit different depending on sales and coupons.  Also, this meal plan is based on a family of four people.
