What to Make with Wegmans Freebies: Sesame Tortillas with Teriyaki-infused Eggplant

I quickly just googled to find a recipe using tortilla’s and Teriyaki sauce.  Why?  Because of these deals of course:

So the recipe I found was from the Kikkoman website:

Sesame Tortillas with Teriyaki-infused Aubergine.

What is Aubergine???  Well I didn’t know, so I googled that too, and found out it’s another name for Eggplant.

I think this totally sounds yummy, especially since I eat mostly vegetarian anyway.  If I try it this week, I’ll let you know how they turned out.  :)
